Successful English 7B includes exercises for comprehension, grammar and creative writing.
Grammar, comprehension and creative writing will be alternated. The work is presented in small increments that allows the child to absorb the concept. The work becomes harder as the child progresses through the book.
 
The book builds on grammar learnt in earlier Successful English titles covering: clauses, prefixes, punctuation, nouns, parts of a sentence, adjectives, and pronouns.
 
Writing focuses on more specific text types: diaries, and business letters.
 
This book also includes analysing/comparing films and text types, foreign words/phrases, comparing like texts, critical thinking skills, poetry terms, and Latin roots.
 
A revision section at the back of the book will allow you to gauge whether or not your child has mastered the concepts.
 
Answers are included for all exercises.
